Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Introduction
We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used and how it is protected when you use the ZoogVPN Telegram bot and the ZoogVPN service.
2. Data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service: technical data about your connection to the VPN and the server you choose. You do not need to give your name, email address or phone number to start using the bot. Telegram itself shares basic account details (such as your Telegram ID) with the bot so that it can reply to you.
3. How we use data
Collected data is used only to operate and maintain the VPN service, to provide support and for diagnostics. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. VPN traffic
ZoogVPN does not store your browsing history, the websites you visit, your DNS queries, your real IP address or your connection timestamps. Your traffic is encrypted and no record of your activity is kept.
5. Advertising
Free plans may be supported by advertising. Advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers under their own privacy policies. Paid plans do not rely on this.
6. Data retention
Technical data is kept only as long as needed to operate the service and resolve problems, and is then deleted.
7. Security
We use modern encryption protocols to protect data in transit. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
8. Third parties
Third-party services, including Telegram, work under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.
9. Children
The service is intended for users aged 13 and over.
10. International use
We apply the same data practices to all users regardless of location.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced through the Telegram bot. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
